Biography
Emilie WALPEN is an associate attorney at HELVETICA AVOCATS Sàrl.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (2010) from the Universities of Lausanne and Neuchâtel, and a Master's degree in Swiss Law (2017) with specialisations in Legal Practice and Social Law, awarded with distinction (cum laude). During her studies she participated in the René Cassin European Human Rights Moot Court Competition, where she received the Best Written Submission Award.
She completed her traineeship at a Neuchâtel law firm and was admitted to the Bar in February 2018. She subsequently worked briefly at the Lausanne District Public Prosecutor's Office before joining HELVETICA AVOCATS in September 2018.
Emilie WALPEN is a member of the Vaud Bar Association (OAV) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA). She practises mainly in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.
