HELVETICA AVOCATS Sàrl was founded in January 2016 by three partners with prior experience in law firms in Nyon.

Our firm covers family law, succession, real estate, contracts, criminal law, corporate law, immigration and debt enforcement. We provide legal advice and representation in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, as well as mediation services.

With nine attorneys, Helvetica Avocats is the largest purely Nyonnais law firm by number of attorneys. Our local presence in Nyon, combined with our deep knowledge of Swiss and Genevan law, allows us to appear efficiently before courts in Vaud, Geneva and Valais.
