Biography
Emma KEMP has been a trainee attorney at HELVETICA AVOCATS Sàrl since 1 May 2025.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (2023) from the Universities of Geneva and Utrecht (Netherlands) and a Master's degree in General Law (2025). Alongside her studies, she worked as an ad hoc court clerk for the criminal courts of the District Court of La Côte and as a legal assistant at HELVETICA AVOCATS.
Highly involved in the European Law Students' Association (ELSA) — serving as event coordinator, vice-president and consultant —, she won first place in the 2022 national ELSA Negotiation Competition (ENC), awarded by Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich.
Emma KEMP is a native speaker of both French and English and is also proficient in Italian.
