Pascale Botbol

Pascale BOTBOL is one of the three Partners of HELVETICA AVOCATS Sàrl. With a generalist legal background and a passion for her profession and the diversity of fields she practises, she advises both private individuals and companies.

She assists her clients in family law (child protection, succession and matrimonial law), contract law (employment, lease and real estate law, etc.), civil liability, commercial law and administrative law.

Her primary goal is to understand her clients' needs and propose pragmatic, tailored solutions. She places great importance on building a relationship of trust that allows clients to understand the legal situations they face and make choices that suit them and adequately protect their interests.

Pascale BOTBOL was awarded a Master of Law by the University of Geneva in September 2006. Having held a Geneva Bar admission since November 2008, she practised at MAUGUE ET BERTHOLET in Geneva. She then joined the legal department of the Child Protection Service of the Republic and Canton of Geneva as a mandated legal counsel and was part of the management of that service. She subsequently practised at SOLUTIONS AVOCATS, based in Geneva and Nyon, first as associate then as senior associate.

Pascale BOTBOL is active principally in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva. She practises in French and English.

She regularly answers readers' legal questions in the daily newspaper LA CÔTE, under the Chronique juridique column.

Mother of two children, Pascale BOTBOL devotes her free time to her family, travel and oenology; she regularly practises running, skiing and snowboarding. She has been active in the Rotary Nyon-La Côte association for several years.

Pascale BOTBOL is a member of the Vaud Bar Association (OAV) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
